Make an appointment

Hertsmere Wellbeing Gateway Service currently provides appointments with Wellbeing Workers in GP practices in Bushey.

As long as you are 16 or over, and resident in Hertsmere or have a GP in Hertsmere, you can make an appointment. You don’t have to have an appointment in your own GP practice, you can go to whichever practice has appointments to suit you. It doesn’t even matter if you are not registered with a GP – you can still get help.

In some cases, it may be possible to arrange an appointment at another setting. If you would like to discuss this, call us on 020 3559 3559 or email hwgs@communities1st.org.uk

If you need to see a Wellbeing Worker you will be able to choose from a 30-minute or a 60-minute appointment – don’t worry if this seems too long, you don’t have to use the full hour. Likewise, if you still need further help or a follow-up appointment we can arrange this.

Support to access appointments and services is available.
