Voluntary sector organisations are most effective when they reflect the communities they serve, yet many organisations don’t feel empowered to recruit volunteers with additional needs.  At this session, Anna Leyden, Communities 1^st  Supported Volunteering Facilitator, will discuss some simple, yet effective techniques to support volunteers with a range of additional needs.
