What better way to kick start the new year, so lets start 2024 with a bang and get dancing!
Dance is a great way to stay physically active, improve medical health issues, develop stamina, strength and flexibility, healthy and happy mind, stay socially active but best of all dance will make you smile.
We’ll be dancing away to some all-time favourite tunes, singing along is actively encouraged!
All of our sessions are fully inclusive, and you can participate seated or standing, just make sure you are in a safe space, water to hand, always work to your own ability, take a break if you need to but the most important rule is don’t forget to have FUN!
Tune in for our weekly fun sessions, the session will include a warm-up, a fun routine and to end a relaxing cool down. The perfect way to start your week.
