What is the Community Car Scheme?
The Community Car Scheme is dedicated to providing a reliable, accessible transport solution for individuals who face challenges using public transport due to mobility issues or special needs. Our team of volunteers ensures a safe, affordable, and convenient door-to-door travel experience, picking you up from your home and delivering you to your destination in comfort.
Most vehicles can accommodate folded wheelchairs, although users must be able to transfer independently, as our volunteers are not trained to provide physical assistance. If you require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, please contact us—we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We are committed to making travel easier and more comfortable for our local community.
