Safe and Secure Home Maintenance
Communities 1st operates a Handyperson service catering to residents of Hertsmere, St Albans and Welwyn Hatfield.
Our team of fully trained and DBS-checked volunteers provides small-scale maintenance and gardening for both owner-occupiers and tenants. With discounted rates for benefit recipients, our service covers indoor and outdoor maintenance, including urgent jobs scheduled promptly. When our team arrives, they'll present a photographic ID and use a pre-agreed password for added security.
Once your job has been completed, you will be asked to complete a short survey to feedback on the service you received.
