What is the cost of training for member organisations?

Training prices differ depending on the format it is being delivered in, online or in-person.

For online courses, we have a three-tiered pricing structure:

  • Up to 25 staff members - £125
  • Up to 50 staff members - £200
  • More than 50 staff members - price available on enquiry.

For in-person training courses, we ask that you contact us for prices.

Exclusive Training for Communities 1st Members

Join Communities 1st to access specialised training for your staff and volunteers.
Membership is open to all voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise organisations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can non-member organisations access these services?

Yes! Non-members are welcome. We have separate pricing structures that caters also to non-members.

What is your cancellation and attendance policy?

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 21 days before course date: no charge
  • 21-14 days before course date: 50% course fee charge
  • Less than 14 days before course date: full charge, no refunds.

There are no refunds if an attendee, or replacement attendee, fails to attend a course.
