What is the cost of training for member organisations?
Training prices differ depending on the format it is being delivered in, online or in-person.
For online courses, we have a three-tiered pricing structure:
- Up to 25 staff members - £125
- Up to 50 staff members - £200
- More than 50 staff members - price available on enquiry.
For in-person training courses, we ask that you contact us for prices.

Can non-member organisations access these services?
Yes! Non-members are welcome. We have separate pricing structures that caters also to non-members.

What is your cancellation and attendance policy?
Cancellation policy:
- More than 21 days before course date: no charge
- 21-14 days before course date: 50% course fee charge
- Less than 14 days before course date: full charge, no refunds.
There are no refunds if an attendee, or replacement attendee, fails to attend a course.
