Para Dance UK at Communities 1st promotes inclusive dance as a leisure activity for everyone, showcasing that everyone can dance. Through our inclusive sessions and training programs, we nurture dancers and instructors of all backgrounds and abilities across the UK.
We offer weekly online dance sessions for adults and children of all abilities, creating a vibrant space for participants to build connections and community. Aspiring instructors can take our courses to provide their own inclusive dance or Para Dance Sports classes, helping us expand our reach. Organisations and venues interested in fostering inclusivity through dance can collaborate with us by hiring instructors or running sessions.
