Exciting ways to get dancing!

Para Dance UK wants to make sure “everyone can dance” in the dance style they want to. Inclusive dance opens up many doors to people as a fun, recreational activity. Whether its street or folk, we hope to cover it all.

Inclusive Dance Sessions

Dance is a great way to stay physically active, improve medical health issues, develop stamina, strength and flexibility, healthy and happy mind, stay socially active but best of all dance will make you smile. We have something on offer for all ages and abilities. We’ll be dancing away to some all-time favourite tunes, singing along is actively encouraged!

All of our sessions are fully inclusive, and you can participate seated or standing, just make sure you are in a safe space, water to hand, always work to your own ability, take a break if you need to but the most important rule is don’t forget to have FUN!

Term Dates

Special offer: pay just £10 for the year, and join in with as many (age-appropriate) classes as you like!

Adults Dance Club

All adults are welcome to join this fun weekly session, which includes a warm-up, a interesting routine and to end a relaxing cool down. The perfect way to start your week.

Term 3

Primary After School Dance Club

These sessions for primary school aged children will guarantee enjoyment! 

They're a wonderful opportunity to be expressive whilst using fun actions and exploring the many genres of dance. Session will include a warm-up, a routine and then unwind with a relaxing cool down to finish.

Half term break will be the week commencing Monday 28th October. Classes starting again on week commencing Monday 11th November

Through the Decades

In these weekly sessions we will be dancing through the decades taking a trip down memory lane, The session will include a warm-up, a fun routine and to end a relaxing cool down. It's suitable for care homes, day care centres and older people.

Term 3

Youth Dance Club

Are you ready to bust some moves with these exciting and energetic dance sessions? Let the party commence!

Starting with a warm-up, a fun routine and then relax at the end with a cool down (you will need it), this dance session is perfect for secondary school aged children and young adults (up to 25 years old).

Benefits of Inclusive Dance

Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining healthy bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and coordination and beating stress.

One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout.
