Full Description:
Are you a confident, enthusiastic individual? We are looking for volunteers to give talks and presentations on behalf of Diabetes UK to groups in their local communities to raise awareness of diabetes and the work of Diabetes UK. Our Speaker Volunteers are required to go out into their local area to deliver talks and presentations to groups. We would encourage our volunteers to source at least 4 groups whom they can deliver a presentation to per year. Our office will also contact volunteers if we are contacted about a talk in their area. This role is very flexible and can be fitted around other commitments. It is likely to be one off events during the year most notably at out Healthy Lifestyle Roadshows.
