Time of day: Weekday Mornings, Weekday Afternoons, Weekday Evenings, Weekend Half Days
Practical Considerations: Drivers preferred but not always essential as you may be able to walk, cycle or use public transport depending on where your client is located.
Requirements: Will require a criminal record check (DBS), Own vehicle or access to a vehicle, Driving licence
Requirements (additional): All volunteers must be over the age of 18 and are recruited subject to references and a clear enhanced DBS. Training will be provided
Suitable for: 18 – 25 year olds, Aged 26 and over, University students, Older People
Suitable for volunteers interested in: Health and Wellbeing, Isolation & Loneliness, Mental Health, Voluntary & Community Action

You will be carefully matched with an older person, providing friendship and sharing news, views and interests.
You will regularly visit somebody in their own home every week, perhaps for a cup of tea and a chat or you may choose to take them into their local town or garden centre.
