We are looking for empathetic listeners aged 18+ who have access to their own phone and laptop or tablet. 2-3 hours a week. For those wanting to help and support others who have experienced or know someone experiencing domestic abuse. No professional experience needed

Time of day: Weekday Mornings, Weekday Afternoons, Weekday Evenings

Practical Considerations: Work from home, training expenses covered

Requirements: Will require a criminal record check (DBS)

Suitable for: 18 – 25 year olds, Aged 26 and over, Older People

Full Description:
To become a fully trained volunteer call taker for HDAH with training, ongoing support and resources provided. Our call takers support and signpost victims, survivors, family members, professionals and perpetrators and empower them to seek help. There are also opportunities to help out at events and take part in fundraising activities.
