Hertsmere Mencap support over 200 children and adults with a learning disability and their families across the Borough of Hertsmere. We employ a small number of part time staff, sessional workers and volunteers.We are looking for an HR Volunteer to:
Oversee and help us run all our HR processes.

Full Description:
Oversee HR systems and processes
• Advise on staff and volunteer interviews and recruitment
processes
• Prepare and deal with employee onboarding
• Maintain holiday entitlement logs
• Ensure line management processes followed
• Ensure all HR matters are properly recorded
