Admin Support Volunteers
Role description: To provide administrative support. This role supports helping us manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that our events and programs run smoothly.
General Administration: Assist with tasks such as responding to emails and correspondence with hall hire requests.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with communication between the community centre and the public.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and room bookings within the community centre.

Full Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised individual to join us as a Community Centre Admin Volunteer. This role supports the smooth operations of the community centre by providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as managing correspondence with hall hirers.
Event Coordination: Assist with scheduling and preparing hire fees and documentation for hall hirers held at the community centre.
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from the public, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and volunteer hours.
Support: Provide support to staff and other volunteers as needed, including helping with project organisation and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word and Excel).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
