The van drivers and their mates are a key element of our Retail and Trading operation. The afternoon volunteers visit our shops and collect the items that are not good enough quality to sell (rags) and bring them back to the warehouse for collection by the rag company. This ensures we make the most money from this valuable source of revenue.
