Key Responsibilities:
• Research, identify, and build relationships with potential
corporate sponsors and partners.
•Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations to secure funding for specific projects, events, and programmes.
• Work with the fundraising team to create innovative
campaigns and events to attract new donors and
supporters.
• Track and monitor sponsorship relationships, ensuring
effective communication and reporting to corporate
sponsors on the impact of their support.
• Collaborate with other team members to support
general fundraising activities, including community
outreach and donor engagement.
• Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising
events and initiatives.
• Ensure all fundraising activities align with the ethos,
values, and mission of H’arts in Mind.
• Provide regular updates to the fundraising manager
and team on progress and outcomes.
Person Specification:
• Proven experience in fundraising, with a particular focus
on corporate sponsorships or partnerships.
• A proactive, self-starter who is comfortable taking the
initiative and managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to
achieving goals.
• An understanding and passion for mental health, the
arts, and the work of H'arts in Mind.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas
for fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices, donor
stewardship, and fundraising platforms (desirable).

As a Volunteer Fundraiser, you will be integral to the growth and sustainability of H'arts in Mind. Working as part of a dedicated and passionate team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing funding from various sources, with a particular focus on corporate sponsorships.
