The East of England Social Prescribing Conference consisted of a wide range of talks and break-out sessions from national experts and local teams (e.g. National Academy for Social Prescribing, VCFSE sector, social prescribing link workers, social prescribing provider organisations, primary care networks) with the aim of sharing best practice and generating new thinking. A common theme throughout the event was health inequalities and how we can maximise the impact of social prescribing on population health going forwards.
