Computers and a Cuppa
Computers and a Cuppa is a service for those who need help using technology.
Our volunteers can help with many things, such as setting up email addresses, online shopping orders, and even online banking. This is a drop-in service open to members of the public. There's no need to book in advance, and no charge for the service.
At Computers and a Cuppa, you'll be greeted with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
We're looking forward to seeing you!

Digital Inclusion
If you are struggling to get online or use your tablet, or you do not have access to any technology, we may be able to help you. We have a range of volunteers who act as Digital Champions giving one-to-one advice over the phone or face-to-face on existing devices. They may also be able to help supply you with technology and data.
Whether you or someone you know is new to using smartphones, tablets or the internet, our friendly volunteers are ready to help members of our community access technology and develop essential digital skills to stay connected.
Donate preloved devices
If you have a device you're no longer using, please consider donating it to our Digital Inclusion project!
This project helps keep members of your community included in our increasingly online world. We welcome tablets, smartphones, laptop, monitors, and desktops. All devices will be professionally wiped and refurbished, and you will receive a certification once this process has been completed.
(Please note, any devices which have a pin will need to be unlocked before donating, as well as disconnected from their iCloud back-up.)
To donate your tech, please email help@communities1st.org.uk or telephone 01727 649980.
