What does our service do?
Our Stop Smoking Service offers a comprehensive, personalised approach to help you quit smoking for good.
We create tailored plans to fit your lifestyle, giving you access to expert support from professionals who specialise in smoking cessation. You’ll receive guidance on nicotine replacement options, like patches or gum or the switch to vapes, and behavioural therapy to manage cravings and avoid triggers. Plus, you can connect with others through support groups and benefit from follow-up care to help you stay smoke-free long-term
