It's still not too late to make some new year's resolutions, including starting a new hobby that gets you moving, or going 'dry' for the rest of January!
This week's Fantastic Friday newsletter includes all sorts of information and resources, from services to help you get your shopping, to networks supporting children that have special educational needs, to workshops helping you become a sports coach!
If you would like to create a better relationship with alcohol for a healthier start to the year, find lots of resources at Alcohol Change UK.
We continue to offer our support services to anyone who might need them, including shopping deliveries and telephone befriending. You can find out more or sign up for these services here.
Many Thanks,
