Requirements: Relevant qualification or training

Suitable for: 18 – 25 year olds, Aged 26 and over, University students, Families, Older People

Suitable for volunteers interested in: Arts & Crafts, Voluntary & Community Action

Full Description:
H’arts in Mind are looking for reliable volunteers to share shifts at their new community art hub at the Galleria Shopping Centre in Hatfield, mileage paid and free parking. Tea and coffee provided. Training and good working conditions.

Support role.

Mondays 11am-1pm Volunteer with special needs/mental health experience

to support our weekly Art Club. Art experience not essential as this is more of a



Gallery volunteers

required 2 or three hour shifts

Duties include Payment/till area, taking payment, wrapping items, speaking to visitors


Floor gallery staff:

Duties keeping an eye on shop floor, advising visItors about H’arts in Mind

Thursday shift 11am-2pm or Thursday shift 2pm-5pm

Friday 2-5pm or Saturdays 2-5pm Sundays 12-2pm or 2pm-4pm


Attributes: Cheerful disposition helpful, supportive to H’art in Mind ethos, polite, reliability essential, empathetic and tactful.
