Our Sewing Machine Upskilling Workshop supports 12 learners per class, offering personalised, hands on training in sewing, mending, and fabric upcycling. We are seeking 6 donated sewing machines to ensure every participant has access to equipment during sessions. This workshop empowers women, carers, and families to build creativity, emotional resilience, and income earning potential. We deliver a hands on Digital Inclusion and Sewing Upskilling Programme designed to support disadvantaged families, carers, and individuals who face barriers to education, employment, and wellbeing. Our face to face workshops provide practical skills that build confidence, reduce isolation, and open pathways to income generation. We run small, supportive classes to ensure every participant receives personalised guidance and real opportunities to grow. We are seeking used IT equipment, preferably laptops, in a good working order.Donating goods / supplies
We run a local clothing bank supporting children aged 10-18, providing essential items to young people who might otherwise go without. While we are grateful for the generous donations of clothing we regularly receive, there are several everyday essentials that are often overlooked but urgently needed. These include toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, shower gel and feminine hygiene products, as well as new underwear, socks, school shoes, and durable school bags. These items significantly improve a young person’s comfort, confidence, and ability to fully participate in everyday life. We are currently seeking support in the form of donations of these essential goods to help us continue meeting the needs of the children and families we serve.Space / venue
