Listening volunteers are fully trained to listen to our callers 24/7 free of charge, without judgement, without giving advice and in confidence. The commitment we ask for is one shift per week (between 2.5-4 hours) which would include on night shift per week (4 hours) We are flexible with the commitment we seek as we really need "Night Owls".
