Team Work - 13th March, 9.30 am to 2.30pm., Being Assertive - 15th March, 9.30am to 2.30pm. Stress Awareness - 20th March, 9.30am to 2.30pm. Communication/Life Skills -22nd March, 9.30am to 2.30pm.

A new you course is a 4 day training course to help improve your social, money management and communication skills both at home and in the work or volunteer place. The course covers a range of topics and practical skills. Each day focusses on a different topic.

Team Work - 13th March, 9.30 am to 2.30pm. 

Many aspects of our day to day lives involve working as part of a team. This workshop will help identify the skills and attributes you can offer as well as helping you to become more confident in group situations. 

Being Assertive - 15th March, 9.30am to 2.30pm. 

Loss of confidence can lead some people to undervalue their own skills, experiences, and qualities. This workshop looks at the value of clear, calm communication, to establishing positive relationships in your life. 

Stress Awareness - 20th march, 9.30am to 2.30pm. 

This workshop aims for you to know your stress triggers and help you recognize signs and symptoms of stress. Making the right choices to manage your stress and stay healthy. 

Communication/Life Skills - 22nd march, 9.30am to 2.30pm. 

The aim of this workshop is to improve communication and interpersonal skills in an interview, the home environment and within the community. The exercises help you to feel more confident when speaking about yourself, enabling you to present yourself in a better light.
