Access to Healthcare – What are the barriers and enablers for different communities in Hertfordshire to access healthcare?

Registration is closed for this event
Join Communities 1st for an hour-long session for Voluntary Sector organisations across Hertfordshire to discuss how under-represented groups access and experience healthcare.

If you have insights into the challenges under-represented communities experience when accessing healthcare, and thoughts on what could be improved, we want to hear from you!

The aim is to understand how different communities experience and access healthcare. In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your own insights and hear from others about how people from under-represented communities access healthcare, including the barriers and challenges they experience. This session will also cover how healthcare in Hertfordshire could be changed to improve access for different communities.

Learn about the local Research and Engagement Network (REN), that provides a platform for local communities to share their insights and co-design health research initiatives to improve local healthcare systems.

We’re not looking for health experts to attend this session – just people who are interested in making healthcare and health outcomes more equal for communities in our county.
