Join us at our various locations across Hertfordshire. Sessions are held:

  • St Albans: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
     
  • Watford: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
     
  • Borehamwood: Fridays, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
