Full Description:
The Friends of Care Homes support seniors, the isolated, the lonely and all families and friends living with Alzheimer's and Dementia. This is done through their regular weekends of music based events, Inside and outside of care homes.
Friends of Care Homes are looking for a social media coordinator to help maintain and regularly update the friends of care homes social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This role will also require you to create, edit and publish social media that is engaging and relevant to friends in care homes service needs such as recruitment or project publicity posts.
They are also looking for someone to help develop their new website page as their current one is a bit outdated and are looking for a refresh. This role would require you to update content, build and edit web pages.
