Full Description:
There will 4 Pedestrian Entrances (each with a gazebo) and each entrance will have 2 buckets and a roll of stickers. The stickers remain the the gazebo and get handed between shifts.

Collection buckets will be supplied to each entrance and should be collected from the Control Tent at the beginning of your shift.
Each bucket must be returned to Control Tent at end of your shift.

2x contactless credit/debit card readers will be supplied to each Pedestrian Entrance. They are very easy to use and guidance will be provided by a Committee Member at the beginning of your shift. We hope that most of our contributions will be via a card readers as this is the safest and simplest way for us to accept donations.

A box containing ‘event flyers’ will be in the gazebo and they can be distributed to visitors on arrival. The flyers contain instructions on how visitors can vote for their Favourite Classic Vehicle.

Each volunteer will be issued a personalised ID and hi-vis jacket (to be collected and returned from the Control Tent at the start/end of the shift).

Table & chairs will be set up at each entrance for your convenience. Anti bacterial wipes and hand gel will also be available for use.

At the end of your shift, please stay at your gate until the next shift comes to take over from you. Please remember to return your bucket, lanyard and jacket to the Control Tent. Card readers will stay in the gazebo.

Owners exhibiting classic vehicles have already bought their entrance tickets as part of their vehicle entry. Classic vehicles have dedicated entrances, which are separate from the pedestrian entrances.

There will be toilets available at the Methodist Church, Museum, and the Village Hall in High Street, as well as a number of Portaloos situated on the Common.
