Full Description:
As a Social Media Volunteer with The James Foundation, you will help us raise awareness, engage our community, and promote our work supporting families affected by baby loss.
Responsibilities may include:
• Creating and scheduling posts across our social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Sharing fundraising events, campaigns, and updates
• Designing simple graphics or visuals (using tools like Canva, which we have)
• Helping to grow our online presence and engagement
• Responding to messages or comments in a sensitive and appropriate manner (where required)
• Ensuring all content is compassionate, respectful, and aligned with our values
This role is flexible and can be done remotely. We understand the sensitivity of our work, so care and empathy are essential.
