This week is Random Acts of Kindness Week, a movement that aim to 'make kindness the norm!' The RAK Foundation website is full of ideas for kind acts you could do at home. Today they suggest reaching out to someone who brings joy and happiness into your life.
Next Thursday, 24th February, Keech Hospice Care are hosting another Compassionate Friends workshop. Through this workshop, you'll develop your communication skills, and learn how taking the time to listen can really make a difference. Sign up here.

Our online workshops help you to raise cancer awareness in your community by giving you knowledge around cancer prevention, screening and early diagnosis. This will help you talk to people about cancer and encourage them to make healthy changes, access local services and visit their GP promptly with any concerns.

North Herts Museum is celebrating LGBTQ+ History Month!
To celebrate historical milestones in LGBTQ+ history, the curator of North Herts Museum will be giving a talk on the history of marriage. The museum has also put up a display that includes the first civil partnership certificate. Tickets will cost £5 and include a complimentary tea or coffee.

Stevenage Museum is showcasing work done recently by artist Nina Wakeford, in which she worked with a drag king and queen, to imagine a more visible presence of LGBTQ+ people in Stevenage.
