Our aim is to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.We are looking for friendly people to join our volunteer team to help us raise awareness of our work and raise vital funds for the Charity.Opportunity Type: Long-term Commitment

Full Description:
Our registered volunteers can choose from a range of volunteering opportunities:
• Carrying out bucket collections
• Receiving cheque donations on behalf of the Charity
• Helping at our EHAAT events (stewarding/manning stalls etc.)
• Managing merchandise and information stands at fundraising events
• Administration work in the office Church End/Earls Colne
• Wearing a mascot costume at events
• Using experience and expertise to work on special projects
• Giving Talks/Presentations about the work of the Air Ambulance
• Hosting Visitor Centre Tours at Earls Colne and/or North Weald Airbase
• At a Shop: Braintree/Buntingford/Burnham/Eastwood/Frinton/Hitchin/
Mersea/Royston/Colchester
• Help in the Stevenage Warehouse
• Walk to fly! Delivering letters/leaflets in your local area
• Collecting/servicing donation tins in the community
• Driver and/or event set-up; Skills Required: Talking to others
