HAWA Multicultural Services CIC is a dynamic organisation with a rich history of serving ethnically diverse communities in St Albans. Established in 2008 as the Hertfordshire Asians Women's Association, HAWA was founded with a singular mission: to empower women from diverse backgrounds. Over the years, we have evolved and expanded our services to encompass both men and women, prompting a name change to HAWA Multicultural Services CIC to better reflect our comprehensive approach.

Time of day: Weekday Mornings, Weekday Afternoons

Practical Considerations: Hours Required: Monday – Friday, 5 -7 hours per week, add hoc – Term Time Only.

Full Description:
As a Volunteer Admin Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our director with administrative and accounting tasks, primarily utilising Excel and MS Office. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in managing financial records and data entry. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the smooth functioning of our organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Assist the director with various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.

- Support the director in maintaining accurate financial records using Excel spreadsheets.

- Help with generating reports, Time sheets and financial statements.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations within the organisation.
