Volunteering Opportunity: Database support volunteer with Herts Young Homeless

Support a local homeless charity fundraising department. We need someone to help maintain the fundraising database to ensure that accurate information is available to the team.

Time of day: Weekday Mornings, Weekday Afternoons

Practical Considerations: Sadly, the office is on the first floor and there is no lift.

Requirements: Will require a criminal record check (DBS)

Requirements (additional): while a knowledge of the actual CRM database (Donorfy) is not needed, the applicant must feel confident with technology

Suitable for: 18 – 25 year olds, Aged 26 and over, Older People

· To input new data accurately

· To update data on a rolling basis to ensure it is accurate
