Able2Enable takes a holistic approach to supporting individuals to develop key life skills, improve wellbeing, and increase employability skills. We encourage individuals to grow within their capabilities by providing coaching and wellbeing support, training opportunities, and supported volunteering placements.We offer each individual a tailored approach that explores areas for personal development they would like to focus on. This may include building confidence, developing self-esteem, improving communication skills, and gaining employability skills.

• Support individuals to develop clear goals
• Encourage individuals to gain skills to move closer to the workplace
What are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals who have:
• BSL interpretation skills (qualification or strong practical experience)
• A patient, supportive, and inclusive approach
• An understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Reliability and the ability to commit to regular sessions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with supported volunteers or in a
• Training environment is helpful but not essential.
