Training Tuesday

Research suggests that acts of kindness, giving and volunteering can improve your mental health. Giving to others creates positive feelings and is one of the five steps to mental well-being. Take the opportunity to learn more about these five steps to well-being on our Mental Health Awareness sessions.

These introductory sessions are in person and provide a good understanding of recognising symptoms, support available and managing our well-being better.

It is Student Volunteering week from 12th -18th Feb. Volunteering is rewarding and a great way to meet new friends. It is a fantastic opportunity to set yourself to take up one of the five steps to well-being. Check out the several volunteering opportunities on our website.

Small organisations often find it difficult to showcase the wonderful work and support their provide to their end users. If you are working for a small organisation or leading one and looking for a better understanding on getting your message out there, learn about marketing strategies, different forms of marketing and using social media to your advantage on our An Introduction to Marketing session

We still have some spaces on our very popular Air fryer sessions. Grab your spot soon!

We will continue to strive and bring together learning and skills development that will benefit the progress and development of individuals, organisations and the wider community.  As always, we look forward to hearing your views on our training; what more would you like to see?
