St Albans Boxing Laboratory (amateur boxing club) Community Interest Company

We are community boxing club - not for profit organisation, run by qualified, experienced and unpaid volunteers. Our gym is located in London Colney, St Albans. Club is affiliated to England Boxing - national governing body. We promote Olympic boxing, creating sport opportunities for kids and adults. Boxing is a sport which has long been recognised as having benefits for children and young people's social wellbeing, self-esteem and physical and mental health. Boxing is also a great form of exercise with proven health benefits for older people, and we also provide boxing (for fitness) training for over 65s.
