HK Hearts

Our group is a community-led organisation dedicated to supporting the Hong Kong diaspora and the wider local community in the UK. Guided by our mission, 'Bridging Lives, Building Futures,' we facilitate successful social integration while preserving and celebrating our own cultural identity.

We organize community-led cultural markets, storytelling sessions, and Chinese language classes to preserve our heritage and connect new arrivals with local neighborhoods. Through handicraft workshops, we empower underprivileged women, while offering youth confidence-building opportunities via work experience and volunteer leadership. Additionally, we promote physical and mental wellbeing by hosting sports sessions like football and pickleball, alongside functional English classes, family counselling, and community gardening. Our activities are primarily delivered across the St Albans, Harpenden, and Hemel Hempstead areas.
