Herts M.E. & CFS Support Group
We are a county wide community group run by volunteers providing self-help, support and social sessions for people with M.E/CFS/Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia and Long Covid .
We have monthly meetings online and in person in London Colney Community centre.
We are a supportive group and our aim is to reduce lonliness by providing a safe space online and in person to make friends, share information and be a central point of support for those that have these conditions.
We invite guest speakers, share ideas, discuss the latest research at our meetings. We also have regular gentle yoga/relaxation classes online and active facebook page.
