Say it with a Smile

We provide support, advice, information and social networking for those living with dementia and their carers and families. We run our unique Memory Steps Course embracing a wide range of dementia specialisation from medical and social care experts. We also have a comprehensive programme of social events to stimulate memories and active engagement. We are based in Watford and provide activities also in St Albans, Tring, Ivinghoe and Abbots Langley with plans to expand to Stevenage and Bishop Stortford.
