Mind Hertfordshire Network
The Mind Hertfordshire Network deliver essential mental health support in Hertfordshire through a diverse range of services. It is available to all residents in the county over the age of 18 and they offer dedicated services for 10-18 year olds.
The network host Meeting Places, a safe and welcoming social drop-in where you can feel supported. Attending these groups is a good way to share experiences, build social networks and meet people in a non-judgemental setting. These groups can also provide the support you feel, you may need during these challenging times. Meeting Places are open access, meaning there is no need to have an initial appointment and you can also attend while waiting for one of the network’s other services.

Emotional support, advice and information if you are feeling distressed and are in crisis. The Nightlight Crisis Helpline team is here for you from 7pm to 1am, every day of the year.
Flexible support for adults experiencing mental ill health and those that care for and support them.
A sanctuary providing a safe space, free from discrimination where you can share experiences, learn new skills and improve your quality of life.
