Description: Utilising your local knowledge, you can help us to build relationships with a range of local businesses, shops, supermarkets, schools and community groups. Support us in the planning, organising and supporting of fundraising events, managing the collection and distribution of collections tins and leafleting/promoting our fundraising events within the community. A good knowledge of your local area is highly desirable, as well as being reliable, trustworthy and proactive. Practical Considerations: Ideally, we would require a minimum of 4 hours a week for a minimum of three months. All applications will be considered and flexibility will always be granted where required. Roles can be based form any of our centres in St Albans, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford and Stevenage.
