Our inpatient unit is a calm and comfortable space and volunteers in this role will work alongside administrative and reception staff to support the main reception and ensure things run smoothly.
Weekdays: 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm
Weekends: 9 am - 1pm, 1pm - 4.30 pm, 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm

Full Description:
Main tasks

• Welcoming visitors
• Answering calls from patients/carers and professionals ensuring the calls are dealt with sensitively and referred on appropriately
• Providing day to day general administrative support, this may include photocopying/scanning, making up patient information packs, inputting of data, archiving of notes, typing, recording data and preparation for meetings
• Supporting the Administrative Team Lead in specific projects that support the wider Clinical Team.
• Ad hoc help in the patient kitchen at busy times (no food prep)
