• To process mail and write letters.
• Filing
• To be a point of contact for Mind in Mid Herts callers via telephone, email or in person.
• Answering the phone, taking messages.
• Completing forms.
• Photocopying and scanning
• Collating Statistics.
• Ad hoc tasks.
• Following procedures of Mind in Mid Herts for the different tasks
