Practical Considerations: Due to the geographical location, you will need to be a driver and have access to a car.

Requirements: Will require a criminal record check (DBS), Own vehicle or access to a vehicle, Driving licence

Requirements (additional): All volunteers are recruited subject to references and a clear enhanced DBS.

Full Description:
Our Volunteers provide friendship and a listening ear to someone who would like some company.

You will be carefully matched with an older person, providing friendship and sharing news, views and interests.
You will regularly visit somebody in their own home every week, perhaps for a cup of tea and a chat or you may choose to take them into their local town or garden centre.
