Full Description:
We are looking for a volunteer to help with the following tasks:
Prepare Trustee meeting paperwork in advance of meetings (agenda, invites etc)

Attend Trustee meetings (5 times a year/hybrid) to take minutes.

We are looking for volunteers who have the following attributes:

Enthusiasm; previous experience in an administrative role; ability to maintain confidentiality (PA or HR background ideal); experience working with people with mental ill-health (desirable not essential); active listening skills; reliability and punctuality; a non-judgmental outlook.
