I’m pleased to invite you and your amazing volunteers to Communities 1st’s Conference for local charities, groups, and volunteers on Thursday, 26 June at The Vineyard in St Albans. It’s going to be a fantastic and motivational day filled with inspiring workshops, expert speakers, and loads of networking opportunities.
Our programme is jam-packed with workshops and speakers designed to help your organisation and volunteers thrive. We’ll cover topics like partnership building, fundraising, the volunteer journey, volunteer safety, impact measurement, and more! Check out the agenda for the day, including workshops and bookable 1:1 sessions here. You can book one workshop from each of the two sessions, and 1:1 sessions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We’re thrilled to have Tim Kidd OBE, former UK Chief Commissioner for The Scout Association, as our keynote speaker. Tim will share insights on how charities and groups can transform their ways of working and ensure a sustainable future.
