Fantastic Friday Update

October is just around the corner and it is packed with quite meaningful awareness days.

The Dyslexia Awareness Week (03-09 October) with its theme "Breaking Through Barriers" wants people to reflect on the barriers that those living with dyslexia often face.

You can find out more about this condition here .

Do not forget that on this Sunday the London Marathon happens! Found out here how to support either your favourite charity or a specific runner!

Through our newsletter we always try to provide news of events, courses and advice that could be useful and helpful to the Community.

You can find workshops and tips on how to deal with the cost of living. There are also some nice events at our Libraries and some opportunities to keep moving!

Stay safe and have a lovely weekend !
