Fantastic Friday Update

We’re two weeks into an eventful October!

Tomorrow, Saturday (15th) we mark the beginning of "Family Learning Festival", a national celebration which runs until the end of the month promoting a love of learning in family life. You can find lots of ideas how your family can learn and grow together here.

October offers the opportunity for us to focus on a number of key awareness campaigns like the "National Bullying Prevention Month 2022". If you need help or advice to end bullying you can find information and support here.

Breast Cancer Awareness is another important topic  in the spotlight this month.

Stoptober is another important public health campaign this month dedicated to stopping smoking and reducing alcohol intake

We always try to pack our newsletters full of events, courses and advice that we hope will be of use and interest to our Communities, like our Meet and Eat Cooking Class (More information below).

Here you can find our calendar listing our upcoming workshops and further links to tips on how to deal with the rising cost of living.

Stay safe and have a lovely weekend!
