Fantastic Friday Update 29th Oct

Welcome to our Fantastic Friday Wellbeing Update!

This weekly newsletter will include lots of information around wellbeing such as local events, webinars and training opportunities. It is our hope that this will contribute to the general health and happiness of the local community.

We are continuing to deliver assistance to residents who are isolated and vulnerable. If you or someone you know needs help with essential food shopping, prescription medicine collection, transport, or you'd just like to arrange a friendly chat, fill out an online form here. Alternatively, to speak to a friendly member of our team call: 020 8207 5115.

Below you can find a range of information on local services, as well as training opportunities and webinars on topics such as suicide prevention, cancer awareness and burnout in the health and social care sector.

Many thanks,
