If you love your garments but are unable to wear them as they need mending, join our "Make Do and Mend" course. This coming week our awareness sessions focus on the issues surrounding Diabetes, HIV and Dementia. These online sessions will give you a better understanding of these conditions and support one can provide. If you are looking for ideas on how to look after yourself, join in on an engaging webinar which will talk you through the 8 categories of self-care.
As always we look forward to your email sharing suggestions of training you would like to see in the future, and feedback on sessions you have attended.
